Hmm, pravdu máte, teď se na ten rozhovor koukám, a explicitně se tam říká, že ten turbo power limit (PL2) a dobu (tau) si OEM/ODM může upravit.

Takže permanentní běh na wattáž PL2 místo na TDP je asi podle Intelu přípustný, plus se ten limit PL2 může zvýšit.
