As someone with over 100 hours across the 3 original titles, I can't in good faith recommend this game to anyone, let alone returning fans. At least for the time being. It is a genuinely great experience, bar the performance, with great gunplay, and immersive presentation and honestly decent story and interesting personalities-- or hell the incredible world exploration on offer. There's more pros than cons, but there is a glaring fundamental immovable flaw.

Reputation system- Cut. Kill anyone anywhere. Never get better prices or stalkers comming to your aid.
Animal parts system- Cut. Killing mutants is a comeplete waste of bullets.
A- Life system- Downgraded into oblivion. Calling it A- Life 2.0 is a lie, this is a random encounter table.
Dialogue system- Downgraded into oblivion. No more big, detailed texts, no more asking stalkers specific questions or reading stories, 3 dialogue options tops.
Fast Travel- Downgraded into oblivion. No longer can you ask a group of stalkers to escort you.
Anomalies- Dumbed Down, with how you can put almost all of them into recharge mode.
Faction war- Does not exist.
Economy is in shambles.
AI is idiotic.
Bugs are everywhere.

I’ve been waiting for Stalker 2 for years, and while I respect the challenges the developers faced—especially knowing that some team members lost their lives during the war—the game in its current state is a disappointment. My criticism isn’t meant to be harsh; it’s more of a reflection of the sadness I feel as a fan. I truly hope the developers can fix the issues over time so I can come back and update this review.

Honestly, the world and the NPCs dont feel very alive.
I remember even unmodded Stalker 1-3, where you always had stuff going on, but now??
You have random numbers and types of dogs/bandits spawning roughly 15-30m around you in the wild, sometimes right in front of your eyes.
Kinda reminds me of Far Cry6 or No More Room in Hell 2.

The atmosphere is good, even if the performance is bad.

give it a month or two..

I sure hope you guys pull a cyberpunk 2.0 and keep updating and adding stuff to this game

Toto sú všetko tie kúpené recenzie a nikto s tým nič nerobí, tak?
Steam ich nemaže (kúpené priamo na steame, steam presne vie kto ich kupoval), autori hry ich nedali zmazať, ale vraj sú zaplatené Ruskom.
